What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in sales for cleaning services (residential & commercial)
- Strong phone sales and lead generation skills
- Ability to create and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Canva skills for designing engaging marketing content
- Ability to develop marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close sales through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Create, manage, and optimize ads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Design marketing materials using Canva
- Track ad performance and adjust strategies to improve conversions
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness
