We are a rapidly growing dropshipping brand that generated $130,000 in revenue and $35,000 in profit within our first month. As we scale aggressively, we need a data-driven Senior Media Buyer who excels at optimizing and scaling Meta Ads with precision.

Who We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is highly analytical, with a keen eye for data trends, and capable of making split-second decisions based on performance metrics. This role is not for an average marketer—it’s for a strategist who understands ad spend like an investment portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Manage $2,500 - $10,000+ daily ad spend while maintaining strict profit targets
Launch, test, and scale 5-10 new products daily with maximum efficiency
Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and CVR to make real-time adjustments
Optimize every aspect of campaigns, from landing pages to ad creatives
Determine when to scale or kill campaigns purely based on data

Compensation:
This is a performance-based role. You will earn a percentage of the profits:
3% commission: Based on our first month’s profit of $35,000, this would equal $1,050.
5% commission: For top performance (hitting KPIs), this would equal $1,750.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Maintain ROAS of 2.5+ for scaling campaigns
Scale campaigns from $50/day to $1,000+/day profitably
Make instant data-driven decisions within hours of launching a campaign
Keep acquisition costs low while maximizing conversions
Identify and implement winning strategies from past campaigns

Reporting Structure:
Directly to the founder
In the future, the Creative Strategist will report to the Senior Media Buyer

Onboarding Process:
Training through calls and internal documentation
Close collaboration with the founder during the initial phase

Team Size:
Once onboarded, the team will consist of five members
The Media Buyer and Creative Strategist will work closely together

Expectations:
Media Buyer: Own the ad spend and make data-first decisions without hesitation
Work efficiently, communicate clearly, and prioritize performance

Tools & Software Knowledge:
Senior Media Buyer: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Sheets

Work Hours & Flexibility:
Media Buyer: Minimum 2 hours per day, self-managed

Workdays: 7 days a week, no fixed off days
