Virtual Assistant – Onboarding & Optimization (GoHighLevel, Google, Social, Ads)
Remote | Full-Time | $8–$10/hr | Long-Term Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to handle client onboarding and service execution for our digital marketing agency.
This is NOT a sales role—your primary focus will be on setting up, optimizing, and managing our Google Optimization, Social Media, and Local Ads services inside GoHighLevel.
If you have hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, social media scheduling, and local ad setup, along with GoHighLevel CRM expertise, we want to hear from you!

*What You’ll Be Doing:

**Client Onboarding & Setup
• Add new clients to GoHighLevel and set up their accounts.
• Gather and organize business details for optimization.
• Set up automated reports & lead follow-up workflows.
**Google & Yelp Optimization
• Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP).
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
• Ensure business info (NAP – Name, Address, Phone) is consistent across the web.
• Manage Yelp profile setup and reviews strategy.
**Social Media Management
• Set up and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using GoHighLevel.
• Optimize client profiles for branding and engagement.
• Ensure posting consistency based on the client’s selected package.
**Local Ads (Google & Meta Ads)
• Set up and manage basic Google Search & Meta Ads for local businesses.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Generate weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
**GoHighLevel CRM & Automation
• Manage GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and campaign tracking.
• Set up AI chatbots and automated lead follow-ups (if needed).
• Ensure all client data is properly organized in GoHighLevel.

*Requirements (Must-Have Skills & Experience):

-Proven experience using GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, social posting, reporting).
-Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization & local SEO.
-Experience with social media scheduling & profile optimization.
-Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads (able to set up and optimize campaigns).
-Highly organized – able to handle multiple client setups at once.
-Strong English communication skills (for client onboarding & reporting).

*Preferred but Not Required:

-Experience with AI chatbots & automation in GoHighLevel.
-Familiarity with review management & local citations (BrightLocal, Whitespark, etc.).
-Basic landing page & funnel setup in GoHighLevel (huge plus!).
