WORKING HOURS & TIMEZONE
This is a full-time remote position, but you must be available to work during Ireland (GMT) business hours:
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM GMT (Monday to Friday)
- Timezone: GMT (Ireland Time)
We expect full availability during these hours for communication, task execution, and collaboration with the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- PRODUCT IMPORTING & SETUP – Import new products into Shopify with AI-generated descriptions, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and variants.
- AI-POWERED DESCRIPTION & REVIEW GENERATION – Use our proven AI prompts to generate product descriptions, names, and reviews—no need to write from scratch.
- IMAGE & BRANDING OPTIMIZATION – Source high-quality images and apply our brand logo to the first product image.
- CATEGORY & COLLECTION MANAGEMENT – Properly categorize and tag products for SEO optimization and seamless navigation.
- PRICING & VARIANT ACCURACY – Set up product prices and bundles using our predefined pricing structure (3x markup with .95 rounding).
- REVIEW CURATION & QUALITY CONTROL – Ensure product reviews are AI-optimized, well-formatted, and match the correct customer demographic.

QUALIFICATIONS – ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE – You’ve listed 300+ products on Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform. No beginners.
- SPEED & ACCURACY – You execute fast and without mistakes.
- SHOPIFY EXPERTISE – You can navigate Shopify like a pro. Experience with PageFly, GemPages, or bulk import apps is a plus, but not required.
- DROPSHIPPING KNOWLEDGE – You understand how dropshipping works, including sourcing, fulfillment, and supplier coordination.
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH – Your writing is clear, persuasive, and error-free.
- EXTREME OWNERSHIP – You take full responsibility for your work. If something is wrong, you fix it proactively.
