This role in our operations department will be responsible for building and maintaining the demand forecast for our business. In your cover letter, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE managing and optimizing a supply chain for a CPG business. This role is incredibly important for the future of this business. You will work closely with the CEO (Jake Levy) to understand the inner workings of the business, helping us to grow as quickly as our cash on hand allows, as well as with our finance department to ensure we're efficient and effective in our supply chain.

Your Responsibilities:
- Execution of end-to-end supply chain and its network from raw materials to finished product delivery.
- Establish and manage relationships with raw material, packing and co-manufacturing partners to build a highly-coordinated and efficient supply chain
- Own the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL, logisticsc and freight partners, ensuring the best rates and delivery standards.
- Maintain a highly organized system for management and issuance of POs with ever-changing demand forecasts
- Own and iterate on the company operating model, driving insights across demand forecasts, P&L performance, and cash flow projections to support critical business decisions.
- Raw materials procurement
- Identifying best-value raw materials
- Supporting negotiations and pricing opportunities with suppliers
- Vetting and onboarding new suppliers
- Forecasting demand for all raw materials based on broader business objectives and goals
- Placing purchasing orders to ensure stock of raw materials
- Ensuring specification compliance for delivered goods from suppliers
- Execution and organization or all supplier administrative documentation
- Raw material inventory management and tracking at the manufacturer
- Fluent English via written communication is non-negotiable.
- Expert Excel and financial modeling skills
