Kalutasan is a US-based staffing company that places exceptional technical talent from the Philippines into Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the United States. We are on the lookout for an organized, tech-savvy Recruiter / HR Operations Specialist to help us find, vet, and support the best IT professionals for our clients.

**What You’ll Do

This role is a mix of Recruiting and HR Operations, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and making a big impact!

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-Post job ads and actively source candidates through various channels
-Review resumes, screen applications, and evaluate candidate qualifications
-Conduct interviews and assess candidate communication skills (including reviewing videos to ensure excellent English proficiency)
-Edit and polish candidate resumes and video presentations for client submission
-Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
-Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
-If you have technical recruiting experience, you may also conduct technical interviews (a plus, but not required)

HR Operations & Contractor Support
-Meet monthly with our placed contractors to check in on their performance, satisfaction, and identify areas where we can offer support
-Act as a liaison between our contractors and clients, ensuring positive and productive working relationships
-Manage contractor PTO requests and approvals
-Set and adjust weekly schedules in our timeclock management software

**What We’re Looking For
-Recruiting experience with a staffing company is a MUST (2+ years)
-Experience with technical staffing or contractor placements is a huge plus
-Excellent spoken and written English (you will be evaluating candidates on this!)
-High energy, polished professionalism, and confident communication skills
-Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong technology skills
-Experience editing resumes and videos to present candidates in the best light
-Comfortable holding regular check-ins and performance conversations with placed contractors
-Familiarity with timeclock management or HR software is a plus
