We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our gaming operations, player interactions, account management, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable to changing responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Player Support & Account Management
Respond promptly and professionally to potential players, addressing inquiries and assisting with account creation.
Create demo accounts for potential players within 15 minutes of request.
Assist paying players by creating and verifying their accounts upon deposit confirmation via
Load funds into player accounts after verifying successful deposits.
Monitor and prevent fraudulent payment confirmations from scammers by following strict verification processes.
Social Media Engagement
Utilize
Actively engage by liking and commenting on relevant content to increase brand visibility.
Post daily to foster brand growth and community engagement.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in account management processes.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Reddit, with an understanding of effective engagement strategies.
Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
Preference given to those who have online account management experience and under the age of 28
