Real Estate Marketing Manager / Lead Manager

Successful candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation, lead management and acquisitions. Must be highly detail oriented and be able to manage another cold caller / text VA.

A minimum of 5 years Real Estate experience is required.

I am not looking for someone to simply follow directions, I am looking for someone to fully understand the intended output (fixer properties at deep discounts) and utilize all the tools given to maximize return on investment.

Current Business Model

My primary market is Camden County, NJ. We buy very good data and attempt to reach these records by all means possible - call, text, e mail, direct mail. I am not a Wholesaler. I am a rehabber and landlord, so I am keeping these properties to flip or keep for rentals (no dispo needed)

My secondary market is Charleston, SC. I intend to use mass texting and cold calling to generate leads here. Possible room for increased spending. I am spending no money in this market currently.

Primary Role

Manage overall Marketing efforts to purchase fixer houses.
