JOB OVERVIEW

This Junior Salesperson / BDR role is focused on lead generation and relationship-building in the hospitality and corporate gifting industries, targeting interior designers who specify textiles for hotel projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, coachable, and independent, with strong communication skills and an ability to develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and engage prospective clients in the hospitality and corporate gifting industries
-Conduct customized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
-Use Pipedrive (CRM) to track outreach and manage leads
-Build relationships with interior designers and design organizations
-Work closely with the Sales Director and Ops Director to refine the outreach strategy

Qualifications:
-Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B or high-end product sales)
-Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), Slack, and Slab
-Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:
-Experience in the interior design, textiles, or hospitality industry
-Background as a multi-line rep or selling case goods, softlines, rugs, or furnishings
-Interest in luxury or high-end home goods
