Your Role
As a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and boosting brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram,
Plan, schedule, and post daily updates, including vacancies, company updates, and industry news.
Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and interactive content.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design visually appealing materials for social media, job advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Create short-form videos, reels, and animations to enhance engagement.
Maintain and develop a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
Advertising & Analytics
Manage social media advertising campaigns to attract candidates and clients.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Improve SEO rankings for job postings and company content.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
Solid understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience in the staffing industry or logistics sector is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
