Remote Paralegal – Legal Drafting Support

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly independent Paralegal to assist with drafting demand letters, Statements of Claim, and settlement offers based on client file information. You will work under the supervision of a lawyer but must be able to analyze case details, problem-solve, and draft clear, precise legal documents with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft demand letters, Statements of Claim, and settlement offers using information from client files.
Ensure all legal documents are accurate, well-organized, and professionally written.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information securely.
Identify missing information and take initiative to fill gaps by reviewing files or flagging issues for the lawyer.
Work independently while ensuring all work is reviewed and approved by the supervising lawyer.

Requirements:
Paralegal diploma or equivalent legal experience.
Experience drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, or settlement documents.
Proficiency in legal document management and case file organization.
Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements in legal practice.
