About the Role:
We are seeking a highly independent and tech-savvy Records Technician to manage legal records remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives without supervision, can troubleshoot and solve problems independently, and consistently meets performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, maintain, and retrieve legal records accurately.
Process and categorize documents efficiently in digital systems.
Troubleshoot missing or misplaced records with minimal guidance.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.
Use technology to optimize record-keeping processes.
Meet performance KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, efficiency).
What We’re Looking For:
Self-Starter: Works efficiently without supervision.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with records and documentation.
Problem-Solver: Finds solutions independently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with document management and cloud storage tools.
Accountable: Meets deadlines and takes ownership of tasks.

Requirements:

1-3 years in records management, legal admin, or a similar role.
Proficiency in document automation, cloud storage, and database management.
Strong confidentiality awareness and understanding of legal record-keeping.
