We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement and sales through strategic email campaigns using Constant Contact.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute effective email flows and drip campaigns for both our wholesale and retail divisions. This role requires a deep understanding of the plumbing/HVAC industry and the luxury bath/kitchen retail market. The ideal candidate will leverage our existing Constant Contact platform and database to create targeted, personalized email communications that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and Implement Email Flows and Drip Campaigns: Design and execute automated email sequences for both wholesale and retail customers, focusing on lead nurturing, customer retention, and promotional offers.
* Constant Contact Management: Utilize Constant Contact to its full potential, including list segmentation, template creation, campaign scheduling, and performance tracking.
* Content Creation and Curation: Write compelling email copy, curate product information, and create visually appealing email templates that align with our brand identity.
* Customer Research and Segmentation: Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors in both the wholesale and retail sectors.
* Personalization and Localization: Incorporate personalized information about local workers and company culture to create a genuine connection with our audience.
* Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices in the plumbing/HVAC and retail industries.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to optimize email strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.
* Product Research: Deep dive into our product lines to have an expert level of knowledge of items we sell, and how they benefit our customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

*Proven experience in email marketing, specifically with Constant Contact.
*Strong understanding of the plumbing/HVAC wholesale industry and/or the luxury bath/kitchen retail market.
*Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
*Proficiency in email marketing automation and segmentation.
