About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Meta & TikTok Ads Manager with a proven track record in Ecommerce Retail to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to drive sales and brand growth. You must provide a portfolio and detailed performance results that demonstrate your expertise in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, create, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns tailored for Ecommerce Retail.
- Conduct market and product research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Perform audience and keyword research to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Twilio to boost customer engagement and retention.
-Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling ad content that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging industry trends, and new ad features to maintain a competitive edge.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad account issues, ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing high-budget Meta & TikTok ad campaigns for Ecommerce brands.
- A strong portfolio and case studies showcasing successful campaigns, sales growth, and high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Deep knowledge of Ecommerce sales funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
- Expertise in email and SMS marketing using Klaviyo and Twilio.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in ad performance reporting.
- Ability to adapt to platform updates, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with keen attention to detail and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote
