Job Title: Executive Assistant (Remote, Part-Time, 6 Hours/Day)

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a **highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant** to support the operations of our **ATM business.** The ideal candidate should be proficient in **data entry, research, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and administrative support.** This role requires **strong English communication skills** for both written and phone interactions, as well as experience in business organization and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Sales & Lead Generation**
- Conduct **outreach via phone and email** to businesses for ATM placement
- **Schedule appointments** for business owners to discuss ATM placement opportunities
- Track and follow up on **leads, calls, and appointments** to ensure conversions

**2. Data Entry & Research**
- **Identify and compile a database** of **6,000 + business locations** for potential ATM placement
- **Clean and verify data** to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct **market research** to identify high-traffic locations

**3. Calendar & Task Management**
- Manage daily tasks and track progress using **Asana** or other project management tools
- Schedule **appointments, follow-ups, and meetings** efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of **priority tasks** and manage multiple deadlines

**4. Business & Administrative Support**
- Assist with **budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial organization**
- Support **business planning and operational organization**
- Manage **email correspondence, client inquiries, and scheduling**
- Assist with **HR tasks, hiring, and other general administrative duties**

**5. AI Utilization & Research**
- Utilize **AI tools** for research, data organization, and workflow optimization
- Assist in **process automation and improving efficiency**


**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Fluent in English (spoken & written)** – Confident in professional communication
- **Trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented** – Ensures accuracy and consistency
- **Highly organized with strong time management skills** – Tracks tasks effectively
- **Tech-savvy** – Proficient in **Excel, Asana, Google Suite, and AI tools**
- **Self-motivated and proactive** – Takes initiative and works independently
- **Adaptable and open to learning** – Comfortable handling new tasks and challenges
- **Sales and customer service experience preferred**
