The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled remote Graphic Designer who can bring creativity, precision, and a keen eye for detail to our team. Your primary role will be to design and format marketing materials, including Google Slides presentations for sales pitch decks and workshops, ensuring they align with our high standards for branding and aesthetics.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects, and understands the commercial impact of great design.

Key Responsibilities
Google Slides & Pitch Deck Design: Format and refine sales pitch decks and workshop presentations to ensure clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
Marketing Collateral Design: Create visually compelling assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, email banners, landing pages, and brochures.
Brand Consistency: Maintain cohesive branding across all materials, ensuring fonts, colours, and layouts are on point.
Website & Social Media Graphics: Design assets that enhance UX/UI and drive engagement.
Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop new visual concepts and campaign ideas.
Iterative Design & Revisions: Take feedback and apply revisions efficiently while maintaining design integrity.

Excellent communicator
Strong time management
Highly collaborative - working closely under with different departments
Ability to understand, interpret and give feedback on design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Strong experience formatting and designing Google Slides/PowerPoint presentations with a keen eye for layout and readability.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
Experience designing for digital marketing assets (social media ads, email banners, website graphics).
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work (bonus if it includes pitch decks or sales presentations).
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
