Professional Sourcing Agent for Piano Technology Supplier

We are a leading supplier of high-quality hand tools, parts, and accessories for piano technology, serving professionals and businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Professional Sourcing Agent to help us identify and connect with top-tier manufacturers outside of China, specifically in countries such as India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Korea.
As our sourcing agent, you will play a critical role in expanding our supply chain by finding reliable, quality-focused manufacturers who can meet our exacting standards for precision tools and piano components. Responsibilities:
• Research and identify reputable manufacturers in India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Korea capable of producing high-quality hand tools, parts, and accessories for pianos.
• Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, pricing, and production capacity.
• Initiate contact with manufacturers, request samples, and negotiate terms.
• Provide detailed reports on sourcing options, including pros and cons of each supplier.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure sourced products meet our technical and quality specifications.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sourcing agent or in a similar procurement role, with a focus on finding manufacturers outside of China (e.g., India, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially for precision tools or technical components.
• Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to assess supplier quality and reliability through research and sample evaluation.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience in the musical instrument industry or with precision tools is a plus but not required.
