About the Role:
Plumbing Bros National Assist is based in Perth and operates Australia-wide. We are looking for a Remote Marketing Coordinator to work full-time from the Philippines. This role is critical in supporting marketing and sales functions, ensuring seamless execution of various marketing initiatives.
This is an execution-focused role, meaning the primary responsibility is to implement marketing initiatives, not lead overall strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to execute marketing tasks efficiently.
The role offers a work schedule from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break, aligning with the Perth team’s schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Work: Create basic designs for EDMs, flyers, and promotional material as needed. Creativity and adaptability are key.
Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across social media platforms following the content calendar.
LinkedIn Sales Outreach: Manage LinkedIn accounts, conduct sales outreach, and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support lead generation.
CRM Management (Go High Level): Maintain data hygiene, build workflows, and support marketing activities.
Lead Generation: Assist in list-building and execute outreach strategies to nurture potential leads.
Google Ads & SEO Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with campaign optimisation, monitoring, and SEO improvements.
Sales & Marketing Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to sales and marketing, including
Reporting: Generate and compile sales and marketing reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
About You:
Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of executing marketing activities efficiently? Do you have experience in marketing or a similar role and a keen eye for design? If so, this role could be a great fit for you.
Mandatory Requirements:
Marketing Experience: Must have experience in marketing or a similar role.
Qualification is desired, but not mandatory
CRM & Lead Generation Tools: Experience with Go High Level is preferred, but candidates must list all CRMs and lead generation tools they have experience with (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
English Proficiency: Must have Australian-level English skills. Candidates must submit a 1-minute video or audio recording introducing themselves.
Work Setup:
Must have a quiet and professional home workspace.
Dual-monitor setup (2 screens required).
Stable high-speed internet with a backup plan for outages.
Good-quality headset.
Must submit photos and details of their IT setup and home office.
