The Role: What You’ll Own

Setup & Optimization – Implement, manage, and fine-tune high-impact email & SMS marketing campaigns.
Advanced Automation – Build sophisticated Klaviyo flows and Attentive SMS sequences that convert.
Data-Driven Strategy – Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize for revenue.
Segmentation Mastery – Ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
A/B Testing & Reporting – Continuously test subject lines, send times, and content variations to improve performance.

What You WON’T Do: You won’t write copy, design emails, or handle client communication—our team of copywriters, designers, and account managers take care of that. Your expertise is in execution, optimization, and results.

Klaviyo Expert – You know flows, segmentation, and automations inside and out.
SMS Proficiency – You’ve worked with Attentive or similar SMS platforms.
eCommerce Experience – You understand online consumer behavior and what drives conversions.

Detail-Oriented – You catch issues before they become problems.
Time Management Master – You juggle multiple accounts and meet deadlines without fail.
Remote Work Ready – You’re self-motivated and work well in a virtual team setting.
EST Availability – Able to attend team meetings in EST time zone.
