Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Our goal is to strategically use social media to grow our audiences organically and ultimately generate quality business for revenue growth. We are looking for a talented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help take our brands to the next level!

What You’ll Do:
*Manage & schedule social media content (Including, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Nextdoor, Facebook, Skool, Pinterest)
*Engage with our audiences (DMs, comments, community interaction)
*Edit & repurpose video content for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
*Help market listings and create digital campaigns
*Track social media analytics and recommend growth strategies
* Assist in real estate event promotion & follow-up
*Support our agent referral & recruiting marketing efforts through email campaigns
* Coordinate podcast content & social media clips

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in social media management (especially Instagram, Youtube, Facebook)
*Video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere)
* Strong communication & engagement skills
*Knowledge of real estate or a willingness to learn
*Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
*Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
* Must have an I-phone

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
