Social Media Manager – Remote | $4/hr | 40 hrs/week

We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to handle content, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. If you’re experienced in managing social media accounts, interacting with followers, and building brand presence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Details:

Position: Social Media Manager (Remote)

Hours: 5.5 hours per day, including weekends (40 hours per week)

Shift Times:
Midday Routine: 1 P.M. - 3 P.M. EST / 2 A.M. - 4 A.M. PST
Evening Routine: 6 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. EST / 7 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. PST

Pay: $4 per hour, paid weekly (with room for growth)

NDA Requirement: You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting

Daily SOP: A structured daily checklist must be followed

Responsibilities:

Content Management: Plan, create, and post content (photos, videos, stories, captions) across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms

Follower Interaction: Respond to DMs and comments to maintain high engagement

Networking: Connect with other pages, influencers, and communities to increase reach and create collaboration opportunities

Growth Strategy: Implement organic growth tactics to increase followers and engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management

Strong understanding of major platforms and how their algorithms work

Excellent writing and communication skills

Strong time management and ability to work independently
