Our Property investment company is looking for a
Property Research & Market Analysis
• Gather property details (type, condition, size, location, tenure).
• Analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities using Rightmove, Zoopla, and auction listings.
• Assess comparable sales and rental data to establish property valuations.
Deal Evaluation & Financial Modelling
• Perform ROI, yield, and cash flow analysis for potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Experience in property investment, real estate, or financial analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Has high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel
