We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Account Manager to assist in managing our clients’ accounts. The ideal candidate will support various tasks related to account management, advertising management, and inventory management. This individual needs to be willing to work on multiple types of brands and work collaboratively with a large team of marketers and ecommerce experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Support & Management
Assist in maintaining and optimizing the Amazon seller account.
Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports & updates.
Collaborate with senior account management to develop growth strategies
Open & manage support cases.
Advertising Management
Conduct keyword and competitive research to create and improve PPC campaigns
Optimize bids and budgets to meet our targets
Support promotional activities, such as coupons, promotions.
Report and communicate ad performance and issues.
Listing & SEO optimizations
Support the creation and optimization of product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, bullet points and images.
Conduct keyword research to improve search visibility and conversion rates
Track & measure organic ranking using tools like Helium10
Inventory Management
Monitor and track inventory levels, communicating when to re-stock
Assist in forecasting inventory demand
Create FBA shipments
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Amazon Seller Central & PPC experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written
Strong understanding of Google Sheets or Excel
Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem, PPC, SEO, etc.
Additional Skills:
Experience with Vendor Central
Ability to to work collaboratively in a face paced environment
