Virtual Assistant Good With Numbers (Paid Filipino National Holidays Off)

If you have experience working in Finance and you're looking for reliable, long-term employment, please submit your application following the instructions below.

You will have Filipino national holidays off (paid). After one year of service you will be eligible to receive 5 days of Service Incentive Leave.

You are not allowed to work another job while employed with us. This is very important.

40 hours/week
Must be ready for night shift work.
Must be available for work full-time hours weekdays during 9am to 5pm central US time window
Will help with calculation of R&D tax credits and preparing R&D substantiation reports (we will teach you)
Excellent English grammar required.
CPA credentials are preferred
Background in accounting is preferred
Prepare professional business communication documents including memos, letters, and emails
Complete data entry
Analyze and organize client data
Use Excel to calculate tax credits using pre-made templates
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed with various projects
Must be detail oriented and accurate in your work.
