What You’ll Do:
---Supply Chain & Inventory Management---
- Communicate with suppliers (negotiate quotes, place Purchase Orders, manage HTS codes).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders (compare quotes, book shipments, track progress).
- Work with warehouses (arrange inbound & outbound shipments, ensure smooth logistics).
- Collaborate with retail buyers (accept POs, manage fulfillment timelines).
---Order & Shipment Management---
- Create and manage Purchase Orders, track costs, and ensure accuracy.
- Plan, book, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update internal spreadsheets for tracking inventory and shipments.
---Stock & Inventory Forecasting---
- Analyze sales data to predict demand and optimize stock levels.
- Manage Amazon FBA restocks to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Conduct seasonality analysis to plan inventory for peak sales periods.
---Data & Performance Analysis---
- Track and analyze key supply chain metrics to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify trends and provide insights to refine inventory planning.
You Must Be...
* An Experienced E-Commerce Supply Chain & Inventory Manager (5+ Years Minimum) – This is not an entry-level role. If you haven’t spent at least five years actively managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and handling logistics for e-commerce businesses, this position is not for you.
* Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented– You thrive in spreadsheets and keep everything running smoothly.
* Process-Driven & Analytical– You love optimizing workflows and making data-driven decisions.
* Proactive & Responsible – You take ownership of your tasks and drive results without needing constant oversight.
* Tech-Savvy – You’re proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable working with data.
Bonus Points If You Have:
+ Experience managing gifting products and navigating highly seasonal inventory fluctuations.
+ A passion for food and home cooking (we love what we sell, and it’s a plus if you do too!).
