Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist (Remote - UAE Business Setup Services)

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist clients with their inquiries regarding business setup, visas, licenses, approvals, and related processes in the UAE. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to continuously learn and adapt to UAE rules and regulations. You will be fully trained and supported, but a strong willingness to learn and retain a vast amount of information is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Assistance & Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Virtual Document Processing: Guide clients through documentation requirements and process submissions online.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Regulatory Knowledge: Continuously learn and apply UAE business setup regulations, visa processing, trade license requirements, and government approvals.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams for seamless operations and provide real-time updates on client cases.

Customer Education: Proactively educate clients on business setup options, required documents, timelines, and procedures.

Follow-Ups & Record Management: Maintain accurate customer records, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.


Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience (preferably in business services, immigration, or a related field).

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Fast learner with the ability to grasp complex regulations and procedures.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy, comfortable working with online systems, document processing, and virtual communication tools.

Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.



Work Schedule & Expectations:

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Philippines Time) | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE Time).

Workdays: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday).

Public Holidays: Paid UAE public holidays.

Breaks: 30-minute flexible lunch break.

Live Collaboration: Screen sharing must be enabled at all times during working hours to facilitate real-time collaboration, learning, and communication with the team.

Training & Development: Continuous learning is required as UAE regulations are frequently updated. Support and guidance will be provided, but self-motivation and adaptability are crucial.
