We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help streamline our operations, enhance customer service, and drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support daily business functions and convert leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate will be also be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication & Support – Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, schedule services, and manage follow-ups.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion – Engage with potential clients, provide quotes, and follow up to close sales and secure new business.
3. Administrative & Scheduling Tasks – Use Service Autopilot to organize routes, update client records, and assist with invoicing and payment processing.
4. Social Media & Email Management – Assist in maintaining our Instagram presence and handling customer interactions via Gmail.
5. Website Management - Manage the company website/GMB and ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
6. SEO - Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings. Understand A.I. capabilities in marketing/sales
7. Paid Ads - Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills (required with a near-native accent).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Service Autopilot, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, and Gmail (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with CRM management, customer service, and administrative support.
- Knowledge of social media management.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, GMB, social media marketing, email marketing).
