Pickleball Online Community Manager (Remote - Full Time/Part Time Trial)

Who We Are:
Pick n Beans is a satire sports brand startup, and we're launching a humor-driven pickleball community called The Kitchen is Lava. This community is for the 99% of players who aren’t going pro—the ones who love the game, laugh at their own mistakes, and enjoy the chaos of rec play.
We’re looking for a Community Manager to help build & grow this community through engaging posts, hilarious conversations, and daily interactions.

What You’ll Do:
Post funny, engaging, and debate-driven content in our Facebook group
Comment & interact in other pickleball groups (15-30 meaningful comments daily)
Track what works best & suggest improvements
Help shape the community’s voice & engagement strategy
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English & great at online engagement (fun, witty, engaging)
Plays or loves pickleball – understands the humor & culture
Social media savvy – knows how to spark discussions & drive engagement
Self-driven – no micromanaging, you run the show
Detail-oriented – understands what works & why

Test 2 - Paid Research Task ($30 Base, Up to $50 for Exceptional Work): Selected applicants will complete a short research task on pickleball community growth strategies, including:
Identifying 5-10 high-engagement Facebook groups we should target
Finding & analyzing 3+ high-performing posts
Generating 5-10 content ideas for engagement
Suggesting posting & engagement strategies
Submitting a Google Doc or Trello board

Test 3 - Paid Part-Time Trial (One Month): Top candidates will engage in groups & create daily content before being offered a full-time role.
