Linkedin DMer and Engagement

We’re looking for an experienced **LinkedIn Engagement & Community Manager** to execute our LinkedIn outreach and engagement strategy.

The strategy is already in place—we need someone skilled at **DMing, engaging with content, and managing LinkedIn interactions** to drive meaningful conversations and visibility.

### **Responsibilities:**

- Actively engage with relevant posts from influencers and target accounts in the **financial services, banking, and accounting sectors**.
- **Initiate and manage direct conversations** via LinkedIn DMs to foster relationships and business opportunities.
- Draft **15+ high-quality, thoughtful comments** per day that contribute value to discussions. But we have multiple clients so times this by 20
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) alongside manual research to craft insightful, non-generic responses.
- Maintain an organized record of interactions in a shared spreadsheet.
- Potential for additional work, including ghostwriting LinkedIn posts, based on performance.

### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience in **LinkedIn engagement, DM outreach, and social media community management**.
- Strong written communication skills with a natural, conversational, and engaging tone.
- Ability to research financial topics and tailor responses accordingly.
- Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content enhancement.
