The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner in driving the company's human resources initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive talent management strategies. The HR Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, improving operational efficiency, and aligning HR programs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement human resources policies that align with business goals.
•Oversee HR initiatives, systems, and strategies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
•Manage staff onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
•Design and direct training programs for employee development and engagement.
•Support strategic objectives by ensuring effective workforce planning and succession planning.
•Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
•Lead HR budgeting and business planning efforts.
•Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and industry regulations.
•Function as a strategic business advisor to executives on key organizational matters.
•Oversee employee wellness programs and initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
•Assess HR analytics and reporting to optimize decision-making and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
•At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with 3-5 years in managerial roles
•Proven experience managing HR teams, people, and project deliverables.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Proficiency in HR Management Systems and data-driven HR strategies.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
•Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
•Legal background (LLB or Juris Doctor) is a plus
