We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, client communications, and workflow automation inside GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly efficient, and experienced in handling multiple responsibilities.
This will be:
- A fully remote, flexible work environment
-Working time will be Philippine Standard Time, flexi-time

Responsibilities:
-Manage and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel (funnels, automation, CRM, etc.)
-Assist with daily administrative tasks
-Oversee client onboarding and support processes
-Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy
-Coordinate tasks between tea
-Conduct research, compile reports, and handle special projects as needed
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role
-Expertise in GoHighLevel – setting up automations, managing pipelines, and CRM optimization
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Click-up, Google Workspace, and project management software
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
-Experience with funnel building and digital marketing
-Basic knowledge of Automation strategies
-Familiarity with Zapier, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
