I’m looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale and Brand Direct Expert who can help me grow and improve my Amazon business. This role isn’t just about sourcing products—it’s about building systems, strategies, and even a team to take my Amazon store to the next level.
You’ll be the leader, helping to scale operations, optimize the wholesale/brand direct sourcing process, and hire or manage other people when needed. If you know how to create a system that works and builds a team around it, I want to hear from you.
This isn’t a task-based job—I’m not here to tell you what to do. You’ll tell me what we need to do. You’ll bring strategies, solutions, and the resources to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Find profitable wholesale suppliers and brand-direct opportunities
Lead outreach, negotiations, and account management
Create and improve systems for sourcing, analyzing, and scaling products
Suggest strategies to grow and streamline the Amazon business
Recruit and manage other tea
Analyze products and suppliers using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, etc.
Manage inventory, replenishment, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies
Provide regular updates and insights—take ownership and lead
Help scale the entire operation and maximize profits
Who You Are:
You have proven experience in Amazon FBA Wholesale/Brand Direct sourcing
You have successfully scaled an Amazon business or helped others do it
You have leadership skills and can build and manage a team (product sourcers, VAs, etc.)
You are proactive and can work independently, offering solutions, not problems
You know how to find winning products and build supplier relationships
You can optimize and create systems that work for the long-term
You have a high standard for your work and get results
