No experience is required for this position. The work schedule is 8 PM to 4 AM EST.

$300 salary plus $0.50 per purchased lead. After 30 purchased leads in a month, any additional leads will be paid at $1 each. We also offer a $50 "VA of the Month" award to the VA who generates the most leads for the month. You will also receive Periodic raises based on performance and Paid leave after joining full-time.

The first month serves as a probationary training period, during which we provide comprehensive training, tools, and resources. Performance will be evaluated to ensure a strong fit for the role. To pass probation, at least five of your sourced leads must be purchased. While this training period is initially unpaid, successful completion will result in full compensation for the month. If you do not meet the lead requirement, we may offer an unpaid extension if we determine you are a good fit for the role.
