Compensation: $8 - $11/hour + Commission
Commission: 10% | $5,000 - $50,000 USD Our Product Price

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented high-ticket closer with at least one year of proven experience in B2B sales to engage qualified leads, build trust, and close deals. This is a key role for someone skilled in understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that deliver high value.

Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients through scheduled calls, providing a consultative approach
Effectively communicate Mann Materials product’s value, aligning solutions with client goals
Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial conversation to the closing
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to company growth
Close deals and kame sales
Maintain accurate records of sales interactions within our CRM system

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-ticket sales closing role (B2B)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently
Experience with CRM software and remote communication tools
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach
Must have fluent English with neutral or US accent
