We're a business management company seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Part-Time Credit Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for efficiently processing credit files using dispute software and managing the overall credit dispute process.
Responsibilities:
- Process credit repair files using dispute software.
- Analyze credit reports to identify errors and inaccuracies.
- Draft and manage factual dispute letters.
- Follow up with credit bureaus and creditors to track dispute progress.
- Communicate regularly with tea
Qualifications:
- Proven experience using dispute software is required.
- Extensive knowledge of the credit repair process, including factual disputes.
- Excellent understanding of the dispute process and related regulations (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
