About Us:
J Bell Services specializes in holiday lighting, landscape lighting, and sprinkler repair in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and drive lead generation through social media marketing.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and YouTube.
Create engaging content including posts, reels, graphics, and short-form videos.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to generate leads and revenue.
Track and analyze engagement, follower growth, and revenue froUpgrade to see actual infota campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to align social media with overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and paid advertising.
Ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Performance KPIs:
Engagement growth (likes, comments, shares).
Increase in followers across platforms.
Revenue generated froUpgrade to see actual infota campaigns.

Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience.
Performance bonuses based on KPIs.
