We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a strong background in customer service
Responsibilities:
- MUST be able to use Zendesk
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Be able to communicate with suppliers for order changes
- Calculate COGs everyday based on supplier invoices

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support
- Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Zendesk
- Must be good with designing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
