Job Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to help us identify, recruit, and manage influencers and affiliates for TikTok Shopping, TikTok Live, and other live shopping platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands influencer marketing, stays ahead of social media trends, and has experience building and maintaining relationships with content creators.
As a TikTok-focused VA, you’ll be responsible for building an influencer pipeline, managing outreach, tracking performance, and ensuring our brand gets maximum exposure through live shopping and affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Affiliate Outreach & Recruitment:
Research & identify influencers and affiliates (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond) who align with our brand’s aesthetic, values, and audience, with a focus on TikTok Live Shopping and affiliate marketing.
Monitor competitors’ influencer strategies to find high-converting creators.
Organize influencer data (social handles, engagement rates, audience demographics) in a database.
Craft outreach
Campaign Management & Execution:
Onboard influencers & affiliates, ensuring they understand campaign objectives and deliverables.
Send out influencer contracts & agreements, formalizing partnerships.
Ship out product samples & track shipments to influencers and affiliates.
Guide influencers on branded content requirements, including hashtags, posting guidelines, and affiliate links.
Ensure timely posting & performance tracking—send reminders and follow-ups as needed.
Manage discount codes & affiliate links, ensuring influencers promote them effectively.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor TikTok Live Shopping sessions and affiliate sales to analyze which influencers are driving revenue.
Create weekly reports on influencer performance, tracking engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Optimize influencer campaigns by identifying top performers and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Suggest improvements to the influencer strategy, including giveaways, flash sales, and paid promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or e-commerce affiliate marketing.
Knowledge of TikTok Shopping, TikTok Live, and social commerce trends.
Excellent organizational skills—able to track multiple influencers and campaigns at once.
Strong communication & negotiation skills—confident in reaching out and building relationships.
Ability to write compelling outreach
Proactive and self-motivated—able to take ownership of tasks and find new influencers without micromanagement.
Experience with influencer platforms & tracking tools.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with DTC brands, pet brands, or lifestyle e-commerce.
Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Influencer Programs.
Previous success scaling influencer campaigns for live shopping.

Additional Details for the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing VA Role:
The ideal candidate is eager to grow and open to learning additional skills, such as TikTok affiliate management, optimizing influencer outreach, and tracking campaign performance.
Compensation:
$4 USD per hour for up to 6 hours per day ($480 per month).

The Best Candidate Will Have:
Fantastic (American) English skills—clear and professional communication.
Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
Proficiency in social media analytics and influencer tracking tools.
Basic graphic design skills. Photoshop or Illustrator preferred, but Canva is okay too.
Strong research skills to find and recruit high-impact influencers and affiliates.
Self-motivation and problem-solving skills—able to take initiative and optimize campaigns for better results.
