We are looking for a talented graphic designer experienced in creating high-converting Facebook static image ads for e-commerce and dropshipping brands. The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing, knows how to create scroll-stopping creatives, and can design ad visuals that drive conversions.

Responsibilities:
Design engaging and high-performing static image ads for Facebook and Instagram
Use persuasive ad creatives, bold text overlays, and clear call-to-action (CTA) elements
Ensure designs align with Facebook’s ad guidelines and best practices
Work with our team to test and iterate on ad creatives based on performance data
Stay updated on trending ad styles and top-performing dropshipping/e-commerce ad strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience creating Facebook image ads for e-commerce or dropshipping brands
Strong skills in Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools
Knowledge of Facebook ad creative best practices (e.g., minimal text, clear product focus, bold offers)
Ability to deliver fast turnarounds and iterate based on ad performance
Portfolio of past e-commerce Facebook ad designs required
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience with ad copywriting (e.g., writing compelling text overlays)
