About the Role:

Are you an expert in direct response marketing with a track record of scaling ad spend profitably? Do you know the ins and outs of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads? We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can create compelling messaging, build high-converting funnels, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

If you have experience driving performance through LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads, that’s a plus—but a strong background in Meta and Google is what matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Planning, launching, and optimizing high-ROI paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
-Developing full-funnel strategies—from ad copy and offers to landing pages, VSLs, and email nurture sequences.
-Conducting in-depth market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
-Running A/B tests and leveraging data to systematically improve performance.
-Creating compelling ad copy and visuals that engage and convert.
-Collaborating with creative teams to develop high-impact marketing assets.
-Analyzing campaign data and providing clear, actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience running profitable direct response campaigns on Meta & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
-Proven success in scaling ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC.
-Expertise in sales funnels, VSLs, email marketing, and landing page optimization.
-Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
-Experience in B2B, high-ticket sales, and eCommerce direct response marketing is a plus.
-Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Platform, and CRM tools.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
