Job Overview (5-minute video):
We are looking for a full-time VA to manage our text marketing system (ROOR). We are a real estate company that purchases properties from landowners directly. Your job is to text these owners and ensure they are interested in receiving our offer.
EXPERIENCED TEXTER ARE PREFERRED - tell us about your track record!
Working Schedule: MON-FRI 8:30 am-4:30 pm PST (U.S. time)
Compensation: $5-6/hr ($
Benefits: Paid time off on 5 holidays & Christmas week
This position requires consistent effort, good communication, and attention to detail. You must be comfortable with a high volume of text messages.
Your Texting Workflow & Sample Conversation:
Your main responsibilities include:
1. Managing texting operations
- Send new texts (we currently are sending 5k+ new texts daily)
- Respond to msgs
- Follow up on leads
- Label & keep leads organized
2. Schedule phone call appointments with leads
3. Push leads to CRM and add lead details to the CRM.
Compensation: $USD5-6/hr. We will evaluate your work, performance, and feedback to finalize future salary and bonuses.
