Call Centre Representative for Dental Clinic in Australia

Hi!

We're looking to hire someone full time in our Enquiries Team for our dental clinic in Australia!

CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Lead Generation experience is preferred.

This position will involve:
- confirming appointment bookings
- making and receiving phone calls
- lead gen: converting inbound phone calls into appointments
- converting enquiries in active campaign into appointments

This is a full time, long term position.
Hours: 9am - 5pm AEST (Melbourne) , Mon-Fri

We're looking for someone who has great English skills (reading, writing and speaking) as you will need to read and understand basic dental terminology.

We can teach Skills, but we can't teach Attitude.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, by upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment. We're looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you're not excited about improving your skills, then this is not for you.
