OVERVIEW:
Refined F Studios is seeking a dynamic Video Editor proficient in motion graphics and text animation to join our team. This role involves editing short-form content, behind-the-scenes transitions, interviews, and creating engaging blooper reels. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to enhance visual storytelling with appropriate visuals and graphics matching the narrative flow.

TASKS:
Edit various video formats, ensuring seamless narrative transitions and a cohesive storytelling experience.
Create and integrate motion graphics and text animations to enhance the visual impact of video content.
Collaborate with the production team to align video content with talking points, ensuring graphical elements complement the narrative.
Manage all aspects of post-production from editing video footage, adding music and sound effects, to color correction and final rendering.
Source and incorporate appropriate visual elements and graphics to match the editorial content.
Maintain the brand’s voice and style across all videos while pushing creative boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with strong skills in motion graphics and text animation.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
Excellent sense of pacing and visual storytelling with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
