Position: Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist (ISA)
Location: Remote (Active participation in team Upgrade to see actual info channel required)
Bonus: Recruiting experience is a plus!

What You’ll Do
Engage and convert inbound/outbound real estate leads via calls, texts, and emails.
Nurture and prospect leads daily to drive appointment bookings.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to prioritize tasks.
Manage lead tracking systems and CRM tools for efficient follow-ups.
Dedicate 80% of your workday to proactive outreach.
Build strong relationships with potential clients through ongoing engagement.
Consistently meet or exceed lead conversion and appointment-setting targets.

What We’re Looking For
Availability: Must be comfortable working the night shift (8 AM - 5 PM CDT, Florida Panhandle).
Tech-Savvy: Reliable high-speed internet, backup connection, and a fast, efficient computer.
Experience: Prior ISA, recruiter, or sales caller experience preferred (Real estate background is a huge plus!).
Communication: Fluent English, clear accent, strong grammar, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Self-motivated, positive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Expectations & Requirements
Daily Call & Text Quotas: Must meet set outreach goals.
On-Camera Requirement: Video must be on (with sound off) during work hours for the first 90 days.
Monitoring & Check-Ins: Screenshot monitor in use + daily check-ins with team leaders.
