About Us
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, document management, and data analysis to evaluate real estate investment portfolios for risk and profitability. You will work closely with our senior real estate asset management team to provide data-driven insights that enhance our clients’ investment decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
•Financial Modeling & Valuation: Aid in maintaining financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, capitalization rate analysis) through the company’s proprietary platform to provide clients with an assessment of their individual real estate investments and overall portfolio performance.
•Data Management: Utilize our proprietary platform to aggregate and analyze property and financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
•Reporting & Presentations: Review detailed reports and dashboards, and work with our senior asset management team to present comprehensive portfolio analytics to our clients.
•Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their reporting requirements, investment strategies and help provide tailored analytical support to maximize their returns.

Qualifications & Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
•Experience: 2-5 years of experience in real estate analytics, investment analysis, or a similar role.
•Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel, Power BI or similar financial software.
o Experience with real estate data platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
•Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
o Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
