Sales Leads & Data Management Specialist

I am seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Leads & Data Management Specialist who is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of lead lists by scrubbing, organizing, and updating data from various sources, including event vendors and online databases

Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

Core Tasks:
Manage and scrub event lead lists for accuracy.
Scrub lead lists ensure data integrity.
Communicate event details and lead updates to the sales team via Slack.
Set up reports and views for the sales team.
Create and manage 6sense segments and alerts to support sales.
Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into upload into CRM
Pull missing data from online sources
Receive lists from event vendors and scrub lists within 24 hrs
Review and scrub lists before and after events
Communicate with vendors to receive lists and updates
QC existing data and flag missing data elements as needed
Communicate with clients as needed via email and Slack

Must-Have:
Experience with leads in Google Sheets.
ZoomInfo experience.
Experience managing and scrubbing lead lists for marketing campaigns.
Strong attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
Familiarity with 6sense and Sendoso is a plus.
