Job Title: Creative Director - Reels & TikToks
Location: Remote (must be able to work independently with occasional virtual meetings)
Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time (with potential for full-time depending on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Create original and engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels that resonate with women 18-42, with a focus on humor, empowerment, and trends.
Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and themes for posts and videos.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, popular audio tracks, and viral challenges.
Develop creative and eye-catching visual content that aligns with the page’s brand.
Edit videos, ensuring they are polished and optimized for maximum engagement.
Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategy to keep the page fresh and relevant.
Requirements:

Proven experience in creating viral TikTok and Instagram Reels content.
A portfolio or links to your previous work demonstrating your creative skills (bonus points if you’ve worked on influencer or lifestyle pages).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
A fun, energetic, and positive attitude that resonates with our target audience.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
Bonus: Experience with meme culture and a great sense of humor!
