### **Position Overview**
As a **Go HighLevel Technical Expert**, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing **sub-account setups, API v2 integrations, advanced automations, webhooks, forms, and payment processing**. You will work closely with our marketing strategists, designers, and developers to ensure seamless system integrations and efficient campaign execution.

### **Key Responsibilities**

? **Sub-Account Setups & Customization**
- Create, configure, and optimize Go HighLevel sub-accounts for clients
- Set up **pipelines, calendars, tags, and custom fields** tailored to each client’s needs
- Ensure proper domain and email/SMS setup for client accounts

? **API v2 Integrations & Webhooks**
- Implement and troubleshoot Go HighLevel **API v2** integrations with third-party applications
- Set up **webhooks** for real-time data syncing between platforms
- Work with developers to enhance system interoperability and custom automation solutions

? **Advanced Automations & Workflows**
- Design and build **complex workflows** to automate client communications, lead nurturing, and sales processes
- Optimize automation sequences to enhance engagement and conversion rates
- Troubleshoot and refine automations based on performance analytics

? **Forms, Surveys & Lead Capture**
- Build and customize **forms, surveys, and landing page elements** for lead generation
- Ensure seamless **CRM integration** for efficient data collection and processing

? **Payment Processing & Invoicing**
- Set up **Stripe and PayPal** integrations for smooth payment processing
- Implement **subscription billing and one-time payment options** within Go HighLevel

? **Technical Troubleshooting & Support**
- Identify and resolve technical issues within Go HighLevel and integrated tools
- Provide **training and documentation** for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients when necessary
- Stay up to date with **Go HighLevel updates and new features** to enhance operations

### **Required Skills & Experience**

???? **3+ years of experience** working with **Go HighLevel CRM**
???? Strong expertise in **API v2 integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows**
???? Experience with **sub-account setups, lead funnels, forms, and surveys**
???? Familiarity with **Stripe, PayPal, and other payment gateways**
???? Ability to **troubleshoot technical issues and optimize automations**
???? Excellent communication skills for **team collaboration and client support**
???? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
???? Must be able and comfortable working USA Hours (9a-5p Eastern)

???? **Bonus Points If You Have:**
? Experience working in **the medical/aesthetics industry**
? Knowledge of **n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools**
