Responsibilities:

Build and manage high-converting ClickFunnels pages aimed at driver recruitment.
Work closely with the team to understand recruitment goals and design funnels that meet those objectives.
Analyze and optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and increase driver applications.
Oversee our social media accounts, increasing brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to ensure our online presence is strong and visible to potential candidates.
Monitor the performance of funnels and marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions and improve results.
Integrate ClickFunnels with other tools and platforms for seamless data management and automation.
Stay up to date on ClickFunnels, SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices to keep our efforts ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:

Proven experience using ClickFunnels to create and optimize funnels.
Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and online marketing principles.
Ability to analyze data and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
Experience with tools and integrations such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, and analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
