RFP Proposal Writer

Job Title: Proposal Writer & Sales Associate for Translation Company

We're seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Proposal Writer & Sales Associate. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and actively communicating with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Write clear, persuasive proposals tailored specifically to client RFP requirements.

- Actively communicate with prospective clients, RFP coordinators, and key stakeholders to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

Follow up diligently with clients to close sales and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in writing successful proposals, particularly in response to RFPs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of US business etiquette.

Self-driven with a strong motivation to close sales and win new clients.

Compensation:

Target of $5,000/month

Generous performance-based bonuses for each new client secured and RFP won, rewarding your sales success significantly, in addition to a fixed rate of $10.00/hour.
